I love stuff. Electrical cord-orange sushi sets. Translucent shoes. Mammoth-sized magazines. (I also love alliteration!) To me these things are alive. You’d hang out with them if they could mix drinks and spill the beans on strangers.

That’s why I gag when I see gorgeous dumpster-bound products that still have life in them. For my latest project, I've made it my mission to repurpose mass-produced materials. Here's what I've got going on:

RE WAX: Votives made from wax scraps, courtesy of friends and restaurants. Lightly scented with organic essential oils, each batch come in unexpected clever colors.

RE MAIL: Coffee table books, magazines, calendars and paper bags are reincarnated as fetching envelopes. Packaged in sets of six.

RE NOTE: Same deal as RE MAIL, but with matching handmade note cards. Packaged in sets of six envelopes and six note cards.

RE WRAP: Crisp white 100% recycled paper is refashioned into one-of-a-kind wrapping paper. Packaged in sets of six tabloid-size sheets.
